- 2. Telephonic consultation regarding skills and position vacant,
- 3. Interview of shortlisted candidate with the Owner of Skills Excellence – more details provided,
- 4. Interview arranged via Skills Excellence with the client,
- 5. Prior to the interview, information on the client provided and interviewing guidance to candidate,
- 5. Feedback provided and second interview / assessments arranged,
- 6. Presentation of offers and negotiation on remuneration package and benefits by the Owner of Skills Excellence. Fingerprints,
- 7. Acceptance of offer and assistance provided to the candidate with resignation process,
- 8. Communication with the client and candidate during the notice period to commencement date.
Interview Venue:
The Interviewer and candidate will arrange a suitable venue and time for both, in Gauteng. Skype interviews will be conducted where applicable. We strive to offer flexibility and accommodate our candidates in terms of location to respect working hours and their availability.
